How to get your Freight Costs
To get a freight cost. Simply add your items to your shopping cart. You are not obliged to buy at this point, but you will then be able to calculate freight cost based on your postcode before purchasing or having to add any personal details.
We use Australia Post eParcel for all our deliveries, these are all tracked and you will receive an email with the tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
We also require a signature on delivery with all orders.
If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, charges on returned goods will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the goods purchase price excluding freight and other charges.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). This will be refunded via store credit when we receive the returned item.
1: Log into store, then go to My Account
2: Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.
3: Find order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to "View Order Details"
4: Fill out the following areas:
- Quantity to return
- Return Reason
5: Click Submit Return Request
You will then receive a confirmation email, once we have authorised the return which will give you the instructions on returning your items.
Please note: Some pieces of Electrical Equipment can not be returned once installed
